CHARISMA DAILY DEVOTIONAL
FRIDAY 11 DECEMBER 2020
PASSING ON OUR VICTORY IN CHRIST
Scriptural Reading: Rom. 8:37
The scriptures say that we are more than conquerors. What that means is that with Christ in us, we have triumphed over the enemy, the world and the flesh. It goes beyond that to also mean that our victory does not end with us. We guarantee our victory by taking over territories from the world and from the kingdom of darkness. Being more than conquerors, therefore, entails carrying out the mission for which we have been commissioned. That great commission is to go and make disciples of all nations. It means passing on the victory to others by making disciples of them.
The early Christians did not have the internet facilities, computer, handsets, fast-moving vehicles and aeroplanes, which we have today, yet they carried the good news to the ends of the earth. Why? Because they knew the power of the message they bore over sin, sickness, chains, addiction, conflicts, enslavement, and myriads of such problems. To pass on the victory you have obtained in Christ, you must step out and speak in the name of Jesus so that more knees may bow just like your own.
MEDITATION:
Do you think you have conquered any territory other than that within you?
STRATEGIC PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord conquer everything within me so that I may conquer things outside me
2. Father give me inner victory.
3. I receive grace to overcome every evil that is prevailing over my life.
4. Pray for the Leaders of the Church and of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria
5. Present your private intentions to God
6. Say your daily prophetic Prayers (Page 6)

DAILY PROPHETIC PRAYERS
Lord, you are my Shepherd there is nothing I shall want. You make me lie down in green pastures. You also lead me beside the still waters. Lord, you restore my soul and lead me on the path of righteousness for your namesake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadows of death, I shall fear no evil. For you oh Lord are with me in all situations. Your shepherd rod comforts me with signs and wonders, deliverance and protection in the victorious name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.
For this reason, I shall neither stumble nor fall. I shall not be a victim of accident, sickness, diseases and untimely death. I shall rise above every limitation and rejoice as you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You oh Lord have anointed my head with oil and has declared to the hearing of my enemies; “Touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm”. By the reason of your anointing upon my life oh Lord, my cup overflows with grace, mercy, uncommon favours, divine uplifting and your blessing that makes rich and adds no sorrows in the mighty name of Jesus.
Surely, your goodness and mercy shall follow me, all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord, forever and ever in the most powerful name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.
PRAYER TO ST MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL AGAINST THE FORCES BEHIND COVID - 19.
Holy Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebukes him, we humbly pray, and do you, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
WE PRAY WITH ST JUDE THE PATRON OF DIFFICULT CASES AGAINST THE SPREAD OF CORONA VIRUS
O most holy apostle, Saint Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honoureth and invoketh thee universally, as the patron of hopeless cases and things almost despaired of.
Pray for me, who am so miserable. Make use, I implore thee, of that particular privilege accorded to thee, to bring visible and speedy help where help was almost despaired of.
Come to mine assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolation and succour of Heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly...
(insert your prayer request here, especially the menace of COVID - 19 Pandemic)
...and that I may praise God with thee and all the elect throughout eternity.
I promise thee, O blessed Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favour, to always honour thee as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to thee. Amen.
