The National Service Team (NST) is the topmost Service Team of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria. It is made up of all the members of the National Executive Council (NEC), chairmen of all DST and PST, National Leaders of all the Ministries and Wings, and leaders of authorized committees at the National Service Centre. At NST Meetings, resolutions already made by NEC on important issues concerning the governance of the renewal are announce, and reports from PST, DST, Ministries, Wings, and Committees leaders are received and evaluated.

The NST holds her meeting quarterly at the National Service Centre. NST serves as the link between NEC and the members of the Renewal across the country. All information concerning the governance, activities, functionality, and re-structuring are circulated at the NST Meeting. NST promotes the unity, love and harmony that bind members of the Renewal together irrespective of their tribe, dialect, language or culture. One of the major role of NST is to organize National programs such as Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Training, Outreach, and many other Spiritual Events.

History of CCRN

The Catholic Charismatic Renewal in Nigeria owes its origin to the Dominican Order. In 1967 the novitiate at Ibadan was opened. By 1969, there were four American Dominicans in the house: Frs. Ed.
